Holland R. Earle Mr. Earle has experience at the plant (government and commercial) and corporate levels in manufacturing, financial, information technology and service industries. He started his career at NCR Corporation in human resources and then joined RCA Corporation where he worked in a series of management positions in labor relations, compensation and employment. Immediately prior to ADP, he worked for the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for corporate staffing and established a temporary service business. Mr. Earle has a particularly strong background in recruiting, labor/employee relations and organization development. He has managed numerous recruiting and staffing departments in the high tech/information technology, financial and services areas. He has also developed programs to enhance efficiencies and improve productivity through initiatives in preventive labor relations, employee/management development, teambuilding, organization assessment and individual assessment and counseling. His broad human resources experience and business expertise has been particularly valuable in recruiting senior level candidates into various organizations. Mr. Earle is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College. He is active in numerous community and professional organizations, including several leadership roles. He is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and served on the Board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and Junior Achievement, and is past Vice President of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services. Mr. Earle is a frequent/sought after speaker on numerous topics including executive coaching, career transition, establishing life managing principles and starting a small business. |
