Kimberly VaughnKimberly Vaughn serves as the company’s partner in the Atlanta and Florida offices. Ms. Vaughn has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, biosciences, medical device, and emerging technology industries.

As Founder and CEO, Ms. Vaughn has led national medical device companies to successfully address the needs of cancer patients. Ms. Vaughn builds cohesive teams through the delivery of the most qualified talent for her clients. She has a particularly strong background in business start-ups, having built the first organic business division of American Mobile Healthcare, the world’s largest nurse and physician staffing company based in California.

Ms. Vaughn is a leading edge thinker with a successful track record of building and developing successful sales and marketing organizations. Her experience includes developing strategic solutions to tactical executions, from field implementation and product launches, to optimizing and executing clients’ go-to-market strategy. Her passionate, hands-on leadership style positions her to partner successfully with small- to mid-cap organizations.
 
Ms.Vaughn studied in Ohio and California earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Management. As an active community leader, she is co-founder of the San Diego Chapter of Cafenet, an executive transition forum based on the West Coast. She is an active board member with the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and Banner Center for Biotechnology, a division of the Center of Excellence for Regenerative Health in Florida. Both organizations link life longlearning to national and international economic success. Additionally, Ms. Vaughn spends her free time supporting The Reece Center for Handicapped Horsemanship and teaching Sunday school in Atlanta, GA.
